8, Alex will lead us on a journey through his life.
From his Edinburgh upbringing through to his current IBS Super Featherweight
title you will be enormously entertained by his enthusiasm, wit and dedication.
THE FRUCTOSE KID:
Alex has studied and utilised fuelling advice from Mike
Mcinnes and has earned himself the nickname (within ISO ACTIVE at least) - "The Fructose Kid" as he uses
nature's powerhouse fuel to train and fight.
Find out just how hard a boxer has to train, how they maintain fitness and make
fight weights...
Those of you resident in the Southside of Edinburgh will have seen the familiar
hooded figure completing countless laps of Arthur's Seat - now you get the
chance to find out what's going through his mind.
