November 5th 2005: Stephen Bayliss, flying the Honey Stinger flag is 6th in Ironman Florida. This is Stephen's first attempt at the Florida title - and up against 2500 other athletes he definitely proved that hard training and honey = sweet success! Honey
Stinger riders Chris Light and Duncan Shaw come up trumps at the
National Trials Championships. Chris finished 3rd in the
Elite Class and Duncan was 1st in the Senior Class.
September 9th - 11th 2005: Honey Stinger exhibit at the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup Finals in Fort William, Scotland. Here are a few images from the weekend (click to enlarge): Team ISO - The BicycleWorks complete the Wilderness Arc Adventure Race... They crossed the line at 09:02:32 PM in 9th (last) place. Not as bad as it sounds - they had endured some of the worst weather Scotland could throw at them including 100mph winds and horizontal sleet! They may have come last but there were 29 teams on the start line and such names as Nike and The North Face didn't make the end... Read the team's report here.
